Terms of Service
General Conduct:
All services provided by Velaris Ventures are SFW (Safe for Work) or Soft-NSFW (lingerie, not nude). Respectful and friendly behavior is expected at all times. Any inappropriate or harassing behavior will result in termination of services.Service Requests:
Please provide clear details when requesting a service (e.g., photography, venue management, Carrd creation). This helps me deliver the best experience possible. I will do my best to accommodate requests, but availability may be limited based on my schedule.Payment & Pricing:
All services are priced based on time, complexity, and specific needs. Payment terms will be discussed and agreed upon before work begins. Please be prepared to discuss your budget upfront.Refunds & Cancellations:
Refunds will only be considered for services that have not yet been rendered or if I am unable to complete the work due to unforeseen circumstances. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance.Turnaround Time:
Completion times for services like Carrds, photography sessions, and venue management vary based on complexity and current workload. I will provide an estimated timeline when the service is requested and keep you updated on progress.Rights & Usage:
Credit for Carrd designs is appreciated but not mandatory.Changes & Revisions:
For Carrd designs, I allow up to two rounds of revisions after the initial delivery. One round for photography. Additional revisions may be subject to extra fees. Please ensure you're clear about what you'd like to avoid unnecessary revisions.

If you're a vanilla player (console user or otherwise) and want mods added to your character for photos, I can help! For an additional fee of 500k gil, I can apply mods to your character during the photoshoot.(only mods I already have access to will be used. Please respect mod creators’ TOS.)
